液体维生素在异育银鲫饲料中应用效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 向异育银鲫饲料中添加0.8‰和0.5‰的纳米级液体维生素预混料(纳维素),以相同配方1‰的固体维生素预混料为对照,研究其对异育银鲫增重率、饲料系数、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,0.8‰和0.5‰纳维素组增重率有所提高,饲料系数有所下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。0.8‰纳维素组血清TG显著低于对照组(P<0.05)血清和肝组织中SOD活力0.8‰纳维素组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肝组织中T-AOC活力0.8‰纳维素组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。0.5‰纳维素组各项指标与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,饲料中添加0.8‰纳维素效果优于添加1‰的固体维生素。 Adding 0.8%0 and 0.5%o nanoscale liquid vitamin premix to the feed for Allogynogenetic cru- clan carp with 1%o solid vitamin premix of the same formula as control to evaluate the effect on weight gain ratio, feed conversion ratio, serum biochemical index and antioxidant capacity. The results showed the weight gain ratio of group 0.8%0 and 0.5%e were higher and feed conversion ratio were lower than control while there was no significant difference between these groups. In group 0.8%0, serum TG was significantly lower than the control while SOD activity in serum and liver, T-AOC activity in liver were significantly higher than the control group. All index of group 0.5%0 had no significant difference com- pared with the control group. The results above showed that the effect of adding 0.8%0 nanoscale liquid vitamin premix was better than that of 1%o solid vitamin premix.
