摘要
运用问卷调查法、特尔斐法和层次分析法,从指标内容筛选、权重确定、指标构成和体系验证等步骤,该评价指标体系的构建,可以为各个研究生部培养单位教学质量的提升提供必要的参考。主要研究结论:第一,该指标体系由6个一级指标(招生情况、导师构成、课程设计、教学过程、学术论文和社会评价),8个二级指标和33个三级指标;第二,本研究构建的指标、权重和等级等具有一定的有效性和可靠性,能够反映我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养质量的现状。
With the method of questionnaire,Delphi method and hierarchy analysis and by the process of indicator content selection,weight identification,indicator composition and system verification,the paper proposes the index structure which can provide necessary references for the improvement of the teaching quality of the postgraduate school.It concluded that:1) The quality evaluation system included six Level-1 indicators(namely,enrollment,tutors composition,curriculum design,teaching process,academic thesis and social evaluation),eight Level-2 indicators and 33 Level-3 indicators.2) The index,weight and level of this system are reliable and valid.They can reflect the status quo of the cultivation quality of China's full-time sports masters.
