摘要
意大利的竞走教练达米拉诺,从1976年至今已有30多年的执教经验,所带运动员先后获得48枚奥运会、世界锦标赛、世界杯及欧洲锦标赛奖牌。将达米拉诺教练的训练划分为匀加速持续法模式、比赛节奏加速法模式、匀速持续法模式、长距离匀速持续法模式、短距离变速训练法模式以及中距离变速训练法模式等六大训练模式。研究发现达米拉诺教练在专项训练过程中重视训练负荷强度以及身体训练,同时训练手段的多样性使竞走各分类训练负荷结构更加清晰、完整。
Damilano,Italy race coach,has over 30 years of coaching experience from 1976 to now.He had led his athletes to gain 48 pieces medals at the Olympic Games,the world Championships,the World Cup and the European Championship.This paper divided training modes of Damilano into six modes,namely,uniform acceleration continuity mode,the acceleration method mode with the pace of the game,the uniform speed continuity mode,the continue uniform speed method mode for long distance,the variable speed training method mode for short distance and variable speed training method mode for middle distance.It finds that Damilano pays attention to the training load and physical training in the training process.At the same time,the diversity of training makes the training load structure of race walking classifications clearer and more complete.
