两种手术方式治疗声带息肉的疗效比较

目的:比较纤维喉镜,显微支撑喉镜加电动喉刨削器下摘除声带息肉的疗效,探讨不同声带息肉手术方式的选择。方法:采用这两种方法治疗声带息肉患者228例,其中纤维喉镜组82例,显微支撑喉镜加电动喉刨削器组146例。术后随访6个月,对比分析两组的疗效。结果:显微支撑喉镜加电动喉刨削器组的疗效优于纤维喉镜组(P<0.05)。结论:电动喉刨削器在声带息肉治疗中具有手术视野清晰、对正常组织损伤小、不损伤声韧带,手术时间短、并发症少及术后复发率低等优点。

Objective：Comparison of fiber laryngoscope,mirco laryngoscope and laryngeal shaver electric excision under observation of vocal polyps,vocal cord polyps of different operation mode selection.Methods：a retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 October to 2011 November using the two methods in the treatment of vocal cord polyps in patients with a total of 228 cases,in which the fiber laryngoscope group 82 cases,mirco laryngoscope plus electric laryngeal shaver group in 146 cases.Postoperative follow-up in June,comparative analysis of the effects of two groups.Results：the self-retaining laryngoscope and laryngeal microsurgery electric shaver group was more effective than the fiber laryngoscope group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：electric laryngeal shaver in vocal cord polyps with clear operation visual field,damage to normal tissue was small,does not damage the vocal ligament,short operation time,less complication and recurrence rate is low,is of great value in clinical application.
