摘要
目的:探讨Blatchford危险性积分系统在急性上消化道出血中的应用。方法:对110例上消化道出血患者进行Blatchford危险性积分评分,需要输血、内镜治疗、手术干预或死亡的患者被认为是高危患者。结果:当Blatchford危险性积分以3为临界值时,高危组患者Blatch-ford危险性积分明显高于低危组(P<0.01)。结论:当Blatchford危险性积分以3为临界值时,可准确鉴别出高危和低危患者,该评分系统能够较好地反映急性上消化道出血的危险程度。
Objective：To explore the application of Blatchford risk Score in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods：A retrospective observational study was performed in 110 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage during a 12-month period.Patients were separated into low and high risk categories.the need for blood transfusion,endoscopic treatment,operation intervention or the death of the patient is considered to be high risk patients.Results：The high risk group patients with Blatchford risk score was significantly higher than that in the low risk group patients（P 0.01）.Conclusions：When a Blatchford score of 3 was used as the cut-off value,the scoring system can accurately identify high-risk and low-risk patients and can reflect the acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage risk degree.
