摘要 目的:探讨Blatchford危险性积分系统在急性上消化道出血中的应用。方法:对110例上消化道出血患者进行Blatchford危险性积分评分,需要输血、内镜治疗、手术干预或死亡的患者被认为是高危患者。结果:当Blatchford危险性积分以3为临界值时,高危组患者Blatch-ford危险性积分明显高于低危组(P<0.01)。结论:当Blatchford危险性积分以3为临界值时,可准确鉴别出高危和低危患者,该评分系统能够较好地反映急性上消化道出血的危险程度。 Objective:To explore the application of Blatchford risk Score in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:A retrospective observational study was performed in 110 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage during a 12-month period.Patients were separated into low and high risk categories.the need for blood transfusion,endoscopic treatment,operation intervention or the death of the patient is considered to be high risk patients.Results:The high risk group patients with Blatchford risk score was significantly higher than that in the low risk group patients(P 0.01).Conclusions:When a Blatchford score of 3 was used as the cut-off value,the scoring system can accurately identify high-risk and low-risk patients and can reflect the acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage risk degree.
