摘要
目的 :了解农村居民对《农村卫生知识简明读本》初稿的理解程度和修改意见 ,并将其修改得适合农村读者的需求。方法 :请识字的北京延庆县农村居民自行阅读《农村卫生知识简明读本》初稿中的文章 ;试验者将文章读给不识字者听。然后用专题小组讨论的形式收集被试验者的意见。文章当场修改后即刻反馈给被试验者 ,再次收集他们的意见。结果 :两组被试验者均认为大部分预试验材料可懂 ,并对一些具体写法和用语提出具体修改意见。都认为修改后的段落较前好懂。结论 :预试验能使文章更适合农村居民的理解能力和知识需求。
Objective: To know the degree to which the rural residents understand the draft of the Concise Textbook of Health Knowledge for Rural Residents and their opinions, and to revise the draft to meet their knowledge needs. Methods: Each of the 6 literate rural resident in Yanqing County, Beijing, was to read 3 selected articles and 2 articles were red to 6 illiterates. Focus group discussions were conducted to collect the testees' opinions. The revised paragraphs were shown and feedback was collected immediately. Results: The testees in these 2 groups considered those articles basically understandable, actively gave their opinions on revision, and felt satisfaction with the revised version. Conclusion: Pretesting is effective in making article more suitable for rural residents' understanding and knowledge needs. Such practice is worth extensive application in developing health education materials.
