下肢深静脉顺行造影X线表现及临床意义

目的:探讨下肢深静脉顺行造影在下肢静脉曲张患者治疗中的临床意义,指导临床选择合理的手术治疗方案。方法:回顾近期101例患者141条下肢浅静脉曲张行下肢深静脉顺行造影,分析其X线征象。结果:X线造影发现单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张38肢,交通静脉瓣膜关闭不全8肢,深静脉瓣膜功能不全93肢,股浅静脉血栓形成5肢,左侧髂总静脉受压1例。有3例患者同时有深静脉血栓形成伴深静脉瓣膜功能不全。结论:下肢深静脉顺行造影是目前诊断下肢深静脉病变最可靠的影像学方法之一,应作为下肢静脉曲张患者术前首选的检查方法,对下肢静脉曲张患者诊疗具有重要的临床意义。

Objectives：To explore the deep vein Anterograde Venography of lower extremity varicose veins in the lower extremities in patients with clinical significance,guide the clinical selection of reasonable operation treatment.Method：to review the recent 101 cases in our hospital patients at141for varicose veins of lower extremities in patients with lower limb venography,analysis of the X ray signs.Results：X ray angiographic findings of simple superficial varicose veins of lower extremity in 38 limbs,traffic venous valvular insufficiency in 8 limb,deep venous valvular insufficiency in 93 limbs,superficial femoral vein occlusion in 5 limbs,1 cases of left common iliac vein compression.There were 3 cases of patients with deep vein thrombosis and deep vein valve insufficiency.Conclusions：radiography on deep veins of lower limb is currently the diagnosis of lower limb deep vein lesions most reliable imaging of varicose veins of the lower limbs,As for varicose vein of lower limb in patients with preoperative preferred inspection method.patient diagnosis and treatment has important clinical significance.
