妇科腹腔镜手术期间的护理

目的:探讨妇科腹腔镜手术围术期的护理方法。方法:2009年1月～2010年2月收治行腹腔镜手术患者130例,回顾性分析临床资料,总结腹腔镜手术围术期的护理方法。结果:经过针对性的护理方法护理,其中130例手术的患者取得了成功,其中此次的手术时间1.5～2.8小时,患者住院的时间3～7天,平均住院时间4.5±1.4天。结论:对于妇科腹腔镜手术的围术期采取针对性的护理,能够有效的降低患者的术后并发症情况的发生,同时也能有效的缩短患者的治疗时间。

Objective：To study the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery perioperative nursing methods.Methods：To retrospectively analysis from January 2009 to February 2010 collected between treatment of 130 cases of clinical data of patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology,summarizes the laparoscopic surgery perioperative nursing methods.The clinical data of 130 cases of patients.Results：After targeted the nursing methods of nursing,including 130 cases of patients with operation was successful,including the operation time was 1.5 ～ 2.8 h,patients hospitalized time is 3 to 7 d,mean length of hospital stay was 4.5 ± 1.4 d.Conclusion：For gynecological laparoscopic surgery perioperative nursing care to take countermeasures,can effectively reduce the postoperative complications in patients with the happening of the circumstance,but also can effectively shorten the treatment of patients with time.
