儿童形象化口腔健康教育模式探索与应用效果研究

摘要 目的:沈阳市口腔医院策划并举行了10期形象化口腔健康教育活动-"幼儿趣味超市",目的在于确立幼儿园儿童的口腔自我保健意识,并为其生长发育和终身健康打下良好基础。方法:选择10所幼儿园,并在每所幼儿园随机选择4岁和5岁儿童各20名,建立"幼儿趣味超市",进行口腔健康教育与促进。结果:接受健康教育前后儿童健康饮食意识有显著差异(P<0.0001);接受健康教育后,4岁儿童与5岁儿童对健康食品的选择差异显著,说明不同年龄儿童的认知能力存在差异性(P<0.0001)。结论:对儿童口腔健康教育形式进行精心选择和策划,开展适应儿童心理发展特点的趣味性活动,效果显著且得到充分证实。 Objective:the activity on education and development of oral cavity health named "Infant Fun Supermarket" had been carried out successfully l0 times by the stomatology hospital of shenyang. The aim of the activity was to establish the concept of self oral cavity health care and good base in order to make children grow healthily. Method: twenty children with 4 years old and twenty children with 5 years old were chosen at random in 10 kindergartens. Making the foundation of "Infant Fun Supermarket" and oral health education. Results:there was significantly difference on the children' s understanding on healthy food before and after receiving health education. There was significantly difference on the choice of health food between 4 years old and 5 years old children after receiving health education. It showed that different age children had different cognitive abilities. Conclusion: To choose and make plans for oral cavity health of children and carry out interesting activities according to mental development charact eristics of children was confirmed that it could obtain satisfying effect for children and their parents.
