摘要
目的研究唾液中幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)与胃肠疾病的关联性,探讨幽门螺杆菌唾液检测的意义。方法采用细菌培养法,分别对163例胃肠疾病患者的唾液(实验组)和27例非胃肠疾病患者的唾液(对照组)进行检测,并测定阳性样本的Hp分离菌株尿素酶活性及菌液pH值。结果 163例胃肠疾病患者的唾液中有24例(14.72%)检测出Hp,27例非胃肠疾病患者的唾液中有18例(66.67%)检测出Hp。实验组24例Hp分离菌株尿素酶活性高于对照组18例Hp分离菌株,pH值低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唾液中幽门螺杆菌致病性可能存在差异,唾液中尿素酶活性较高、菌液pH值较低的幽门螺杆菌可能与部分胃肠疾病的发生发展相关。Hp的唾液检测作为一种无创,无痛,安全的检测方法值得深入研究。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the Helicobacter pylori(Hp) in saliva and gastrointestinal diseases.Explore the value of the salivary detection for helicobacter pylori.Methods 163 patients with gastric symptoms(case group)and 27 asymptomatic patients(control group)were selected.The saliva samples from both groups were obtained for detection of Hp by culture in vitro.The pH values and urease activity of the Hp clinical isolaters from the saliva samples were measured.Results The Hp detection rate was 14.72%(24/163) in case group while 66.67%(18/27) in control group.The urease activity of the 24 Hp clinical isolaters in case group was significantly higher than that in 18 isolaters of control group and the pH values of case group were lower.Conclusion The results suggest that there is certain diversity between the pathogenicity of Hp in saliva.Oral Hp which has higher urease activity and lower pH values may be related to the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal diseases.The salivary detection for helicobacter pylori is worthy of further study as a non-invasive,painless and safe test method.
