Clinical study of different pulp capping materials for pulp capping

摘要 目的比较可乐丽菲露SE3 BOND和Dycal氢氧化钙盖髓的临床效果。方法将79例患者的84颗患牙分成2组,乐丽菲露SE3 BOND组62颗患牙,Dycal氢氧化钙组22颗患牙。2组病例分别用Dycal氢氧化钙以及可乐丽菲露SE3 BOND盖髓,光固化玻璃离子垫底,光固化复合树脂充填。结果盖髓治疗8个月后追踪观察,深龋近髓的患牙用Dycal氢氧化钙盖髓的成功率93.5%,与用可乐丽菲露SE3 BOND盖髓(87.1%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);深龋穿髓的患牙用Dycal氢氧化钙盖髓的成功率(75%)明显高于可乐丽菲露SE3 BOND(50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在深龋近髓患牙盖髓术治疗中,可乐丽菲露SE3 BOND和Dycal氢氧化钙的疗效均佳,但在深龋穿髓患牙盖髓术治疗的病例中,Dycal氢氧化钙对深龋穿髓疗效明显优于可乐丽菲露SE3 BOND。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pulp capping techniques with SB and Dycal. Methods 84 teeth from 79 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 62 teeth were treated with SB and 22 with Dycal for pulp capping. All the teeth were then filled with a layer of light-cured glass ionomer. Then the cavities were covered with light-cured composites. Results The teeth were evaluated clinically and radiographically eight months after pulp capping treatment. For teeth with deep caries close to the pulps, the success rates of pulp capping with Dyeal and SB were 93.5% and 87.1% respectively. There was no statistical difference between them (P 〉0.05). For teeth with deep caries with pulp exposure,the success rates of pulp capping with Dycal and SB were 75% and 50% respectively. There was statistical difference between them (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions SB and Dycal are effective pulp capping agents in pulp capping for teeth with deep caries close to the pulps,while Dycal is obviously more effective than SB in pulp capping for teeth with deep caries with pulp exposure.
