强直性脊柱炎Andersson损害伴黄韧带及后纵韧带骨化1例报道附文献复习 被引量：6

摘要 强直性脊柱炎是一种慢性炎性疾病,主要侵犯脊柱和骶髂关节等。临床主要表现为腰、背、颈、臀、髋部疼痛和僵硬,并可导致关节肿痛,严重者可发生脊柱畸形和关节强直。
