本文以沈阳万科城九期项目为例,从总体布局、室外空间环境创造、功能分区、流线组织、内部空间设计、建筑风格、防火分区及消防设计、建筑与结构、机电的有机结合等方面阐述了城市综合体作为城市生活的重要载体的建筑设计理念与方法。
