膀胱癌组织中Fas和Bcl-2基因的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of Fas and Bcl-2 Gene in Bladder Neoplasms Specimen

采用免疫组化 SABC法检测了 4 2例膀胱移行细胞癌患者癌组织标本中 Fas和 Bcl- 2基因的表达情况 ,并观察其与病理分级、临床分期及预后的关系。结果显示 ,Fas基因表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期及是否复发有显著关系 ,Bcl- 2基因表达与临床分期及是否复发有关。认为 Fas和Bcl- 2基因表达可以作为监测膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度、预测复发的重要指标。在低分化和晚期膀胱移行细胞癌中 ,Fas基因介导的细胞凋亡可能被 Bcl- 2基因的过度表达所抑制。
