摘要 为了提高引进热连轧机钢卷的产品质量和产量等技术指标,应用德国西门子公司的TDC控制器,自行设计完成了卷取机控制系统的改造工作。详细阐述了新型带钢卷取机自动控制系统中带钢头部张力优化控制、夹送辊张力控制、卷取机平滑曲线减张控制等多项技术策略,并进行了理论分析。生产实验运行结果表明,采用新型卷取机控制系统后,钢卷卷形良好率达98.25%,成卷率达99.84%,各项指标均达到设计目标。其新型的控制思路可以在国内外同类工程中推广应用。 In order to meet the market requirement for the quantity and quality of hot strip coil, the revamping of control system for the down coiler was designed, and program and com mission were finished, On the basis of the Siemens TDC system. Several new technology and new control strategies were introduced for example, optimum control for the strip head, tension con trol for pinch roller and coiler tension reduction control using smooth curve. The results of the practical production demonstrate that the rate of good coiling reached 98. 25%, and the coiling rate reached 99.84%, all values meeting the target ones. The control strategy could he promoted in the same field home and abroad.
