大麦—马铃薯套作对大麦生物产量和籽粒功能成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以云南3个优质功能大麦品种为材料,通过田间试验,以单作大麦(MC)为对照,研究了大麦—马铃薯套作对大麦农艺性状和籽粒γ-氨基丁酸、总黄酮、生物碱及抗性淀粉的影响。结果表明:(1)套作条件下大麦的生育期缩短,分蘖数,有效穗、株高、节间总长度、旗叶长和宽、茎粗、穗长、穗粒数、结实率、千粒重和穗草比增加。(2)大麦—马铃薯套作对两种作物经济产量增幅大于4%,且大麦籽粒产量的LER均大于1,有明显的套作优势,其病害低于单作。(3)3个大麦品种套作条件下γ-氨基丁酸、总黄酮、生物碱和抗性淀粉含量均高于单作。 Three quality cultivars of high-quality barley were used to study the effects of relay-intercropped potato with barley (RC) on agronomic traits and biomass of barley, γ-aminobutyric acid, flavones (FL), alkaloids (AL) and resistant starch (RS) of grains by comparing RC with mono-cropped barley (MC) in the field. The results showed that : (1) The growth stage decreased under RC condition. However, tiller number, effective panicles, plant height, total length of internodes, length and width of flag leaf, stem diameter, spike length, number of grains per panicle, seed setting rate, 1 000 -grain weight and ratio of grain to item under RC were higher than those of under MC. (2) Two crops economic yield of barley relay-inter- cropped potato were enhanced over 4%. The land equivalent ratios (LER) of grain yield of barley were greater than 1, which was a clear yield advantage. The intercmpping caused a reduction in disease compared to the mono-cropped two crops, respectively. (3) The γ-aminobutyric acid, flavones, alkaloids and resistant starch of grains under RC were higher than that of ME among the three varieties.
