摘要
针对云南大叶茶种的特点和云南独特的地理条件,结合真空处理的原理,研究开发具有自主知识产权的云南大叶茶种鲜叶真空厌氧处理机。该处理机使用方便,结构简单,成本低。设备处理过的云南大叶茶种鲜叶γ-氨基丁酸含量超过标准1.2倍以上。设备采用PLC自动控制,为云南γ-氨基丁酸茶产业化生产提供关键设备的技术支持。
According to the features of Yunnan big-leaf tea and the unique geographical conditions, combined with vacuum treatment theory, critical technical equipment with self-owned intellectual prop- erty rights of anaerobic condition equipment of Yunnan big-leaf tea was studied and developed. The e- quipment is easy to use with simple structure and has low cost. The content of r-aminobutyric acid in the fresh leaf of Yunnan big-leaf tea processed with this equipment, was 1.2 times more than the standard value. The equipment uses PLC automatic control and provides a technical support on critical equipment for industrialized production of Yunnan r-aminobutyric acid tea.
