维生素B_(12)防治放射性口腔粘膜溃疡的疗效观察

The Study on Treating Ulcer of Mucous Membrane in Radiotherapy with Vitamin B_(12)

为减少头颈部恶性肿瘤放射治疗中的口腔粘膜溃疡,本文将40例患者口含服维生素B_(12),28例口含服灭滴灵,结果表明,口含服维生素B_(12)组对放射性口腔粘膜溃疡优于灭滴灵,此方法简单、方便、经济且疗效明显。

To reduce radiation ulcer of mucous membrane in advanced head and neck carcinoma, 40 patients were treated with vitamin B12, while 28 patients were treated with Metronidazole simultaneously in the course of radiotherapy. Our results showed that vitamin B12 which could render the ulcer caused by irradiation is better than Metronidazole. The method with vitamin B12 is easy, economical and the curative effect is significant.
