膀胱粘膜尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的护理

Nursing of Bladder Mucosal Urethroplasty for the Treatment of Hypospadias

报告30例膀胱粘膜尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的护理经验。术前强调心理护理和手术区域皮肤准备。术后采取的护理措施包括正确处理伤口,保持膀胱造瘘引流通畅,充分引流尿道分泌物,冲洗尿道支架管,保护新建尿道口等,并采取积极护理措施以提高尿道成形成功率,预防或减少合并症的发生。

Nursing experience of 30 cases with hypospadias was reported, these patients undertook bladder mucosal urethroplasty. It was emphasized that psychological nursing and skin preparation of the operative area were carried out conscientiously before the operation. After the operation, operative wound was property handled, urine maintained free drainage through cystostomy tube, urine secretion fully drained, transurethral catheter timely washed, and reconstructed urinary meatus safeguarded, etc. Additional and effective nursing measures were taken to prevent critical episodes which caused complications. As a result, the success rate of the urethral reconstruction was increased and the postoperative complications reduced.
