摘要
研究了烟草及烟草制品烟气安全性生物学评价中性红细胞毒性试验的不确定度评定方法,分析和识别测量过程中不确定度的来源,较为全面地评定了测量不确定度。结果表明,测量结果的不确定度主要来源于测量重复性所引起的不确定度。
The uncertainty assessment method of tobacco and tobacco products--biological evaluation of tobacco smoke--neutral red uptake assay was studied in this article. The factors of uncertainty during the meas- urement were analyzed and identified. It presented a relatively comprehensive assessment of measurement un- certainty. The results showed that the uncertainty was mainly caused by the uncertainty of the determination repeatability.
