摘要
为探索改性沥青宏观性能与微观结构的关系,制备了不同剂量苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青室温储存不同时间后二次加热的试样,通过环球软化点试验、布氏黏度试验、动态剪切流变试验,分析了其性能随时间的变化规律,通过荧光显微分析技术,分析了SBS改性沥青对应的显微形态结构.结果表明:储存后经重新加热搅拌的改性沥青性能可恢复至原样沥青水平;改性沥青的微观结构与性能具有较好的相关关系,针对适宜的改性沥青性能要求,改性剂的面积百分率宜控制在10%~75%,长短轴之比标准差宜控制在0.5~2.0.
To explore the relationship between the performances and microstructure of modified asphalt, different kinds of Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Block Copolymer (SBS) modified asphalt with different modifiers content and storage time at room temperature were prepared. The variations of performances and corresponding microstructure were analyzed by the softening point test, viscosity test, dynamic theological test and the fluorescence microscopy analysis tech- nique. The results show that the performances of stored modified asphalt with reheating could recover to that of the original sample. The percentage of area of modifier should be 10%-- 75 %, and the root-meamsquare deviation of the ration of major axis and minor axis of modifier should be 0.5--2.0.
