腹主动脉旁交感副神经节瘤术中诊断一例

摘要患者男，42岁，10天前出现左上腹闷胀不适就诊当地医院，B超提示“左上腹混合性包块”，来诊体查：生命体征正常，腹软，于左肋缘下锁骨中线内侧触及一质地稍硬肿块，大小约5cm×6cm，边界清，深压痛，活动度可，无搏动感。CT示（图1）：左上腹腹膜后密度不均占位性病变，
