摘要 随着CT影像技术的不断发展及计算机性能的不断提高,传统CT影像重建算法——滤波反投影技术(FBP)受到明显制约,而迭代重建技术(IR)得以迅速发展并成功应用于临床。冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)是CT影像检查的重要组成,IR技术在降低CCTA辐射剂量、减轻钙化斑块和冠状动脉支架伪影、提高粥样斑块显示等方面具有重要的临床价值,就IR技术的进展及其在CCTA中的应用予以综述。
