电离辐射对细胞应激反应相关信号转导的影响 被引量:2

The effect of ionizing radiation on the signal transduction in cellular stress response

摘要 电离辐射作为一种特殊的外界损伤刺激因素,与其他因素诱导细胞应激反应相比,既有其共性,也有其特殊性,其特殊性在于诱发应激反应的分子机制可能有区别,尤其是对于信号转导途径的影响。电离辐射使细胞内的水分子辐解产生活性氧和自由基等或直接损伤DNA等靶分子,并以此为信号,通过启动相关的信号转导系统如MAPK通路、p53通路等而诱发细胞应激反应。
