摘要
目的 :探讨慢性肾功不全 (CRF)患者腹透前后血清胃动素 (MTL)水平的变化及意义。方法 :采用放免法测定CRF患者腹透前后血清MTL水平。结果 :①腹透前血清MTL均数为 5 45 36pg/ml,较正常对照组(2 96 2 2pg/ml)明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;腹透后血清MTL均数为 42 9 5 7pg/ml,较腹透前明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )。②治疗前血Cr、BUN明显升高 ,均数分别为 92 5 μmol/L和 38 43mmol/L ,腹透后血Cr、BUN平均值分别为 86 1μmol/L和2 9 91mmol/L ,较治疗前有下降 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :①治疗前血清MTL与Cr、BUN均有升高 ,因此我们认为血清MTL可作为肾功损害程度的指标之一。②治疗后血清MTL下降 ,恶心、呕吐症状改善 ,但血清Cr、BUN变化不大 ,提示恶心、呕吐与血清MTL异常升高有关。因此我们认为腹透有助于降低CRF患者的MTL水平 。
WT5”BZ]Objective:To study the change of serous motilin level in the patient with chronic renal failure(CRF)before and after peritoneal dialysis and the significance of the change.Methods:To detect the level of serous motilin in the patient with CRF by radioimmunoassay.Results:①the mean of the serous motilin in the patient with CRF before the peritoneal dialysis was 545 36 pg/ml and was much higher than that of normal control group(296 22 pg/ml)( P <0 05);The mean of the serous motilin after the peritoneal dialysis was 429 57 pg/ml and was much lower than that of the patient with CRF before the treatment( P <0 05).②The serous creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)increased obviously.The means of Cr and BUN were 925 μmol/L and 38 43mmol/L before the treatment.The Cr and BUN after the treatment decreased.The means were 861μmol/L and 29 91mmol/L.But there was no statistically difference( P >0 05).Conclusion:①The serous motilin and Cr.BUN all increased before the treatment.So we suggested that the serous motilin was as one of the indexes of degree of renal function damage.②After the treatment the serous motilin decreased,the symptoms of nausea and vomitting improved but the serous Cr and BUN changed unobtrusively,which suggested that nausea and vomitting related to the abnormal increasing serous motilin.So we suggested that peritoneal dialysis was help for decreasing the level of serous motilin in the patient with CRF and improving the clinical symptoms caused by increasing motilin.
