Basic Logics to Education

教育的基本逻辑是育人,人才培养是高等教育最基本的功能。高等教育要培养健全的人,不仅要有科学精神,而且要有人文情怀。大学不能只是向学生传输工具性的知识,而忽视健康人格的教育、高尚伦理的教育和积极生活与工作态度的教育。大学培养人,除了靠大学精神这一共同基因外,还要靠各大学鲜明的个性特色和独特的大学文化,一方面要关注社会需要,另一方面必须重视学生的个性发展。

The basic logics of education should be human education, and talent education should be the fundamental function in higher education. College education not only transfers the instrumental knowledge, but also focuses on the education for human themselves. This paper points out the problems in higher education and puts forward the suggestions.
