农村城市化是构建和谐社会的必然要求。由于社会资源重新分配和利益关系调整,农村城市化引发的利益矛盾广泛存在于收益差距、农民工权益维护、征地拆迁土地纠纷、干群关系和就业等领域,影响社会和谐。必须坚持深化改革,大力发展城市经济,畅通不同群体利益表达渠道,创新利益分配、平衡和补偿机制,改进干群关系,加强社会管理建设,化解相关利益问题及其矛盾,促进农村城市化健康发展。

Urbanization is a must for the establisment of the harmonious society.Due to the redistribution of social resources and the adjustments of interest relations,the problems of interests and contradictions triggered by urbanization widely exist in income gaps,right preservation of migrant workers,disputes over property demolisments and movements,cadre-mass contraditions,imployments,affecting social harmony.Thus reforms must be deepened;urban economy must be developed;channels of intersts expressons must be open;the distribution of interests,the system of interest balancing and compensating must be innovated to improve cadre-mass relations,strengthen the establishment of social management,dissolve the concerned interests problems and contrdictions and promote the normal healthy development of urbanization.
