摘要
为了将日常办公事务集中进行管理,减少传统管理方法中错误的发生,为公司和单位节省资源;提出了企事业单位事务管理系统的设计思路、技术架构和功能实现。系统采用VB(Visual Basic)编程语言,使用SQL Server数据库,实现了企事业单位的文件、报表、财产、设备以及合同等信息的管理功能;为公司事务进行科学、全面、高效的信息化管理提供了一条有效途径。
In order to daily office affairs centralized management, reduce the occurrence of errors in the traditional management methods, for companies and units to save resources. Enterprise affairs management system design ideas, technical architecture and function realization are put forward. The system uses VB (Visual Basic) programming language, using the SQL Server database, realize the enterprise documents, reports, property, equipment and the contract and information management functions. An effective way is provided for the company's affairs science, comprehensive, efficient information management .
