The study of liquid flavour designing can product liquid which has its own characteristic flavour according to the typical flavour of original liquid and the needs of market. This study has a set of practical methods and management principles, it is the heritage and development of traditional Chinese distillery technology; it is the creation and sublimation of traditional Chinese distillery industry; this study also has important meaning and great impact to the improvement of technology for distillery industry, it is a road mark of development and creation in the distillery industry.
