摘要
由于石油销售市场竞争日趋激烈,石油销售企业管理链条逐渐加长,管理内容越来越细,现有财务管控体系无法应对复杂多变的经营环境。财务精细化管理的实施使企业投入产出达到合理匹配,并使企业核心竞争力得以提高。阐述了精细化管理的概念、必要性与目标,结合目前大多石油销售企业财务管理存在的问题,探讨了石油销售企业实行财务精细化管理的途径。
Because the competition in oil sales market is becoming increasingly fierce, the management chain has gradually extended and management content has gradually refined in oil marketing company, and the existing financial control system is unable to deal with the complex business environment. The implementation of refined financial management makes enterprise's input-output achieve rea- sonable matching and makes enterprisc's core competence be improved. This paper expounds the concept, necessity and target of refined management, and connecting with the problems currently existing in financial management of most of oil marketing companies, probes into the approaches for oil marketing companies to implement refined financial management.
