摘要
职前教师基于成长经历,对在成长经历中形成的作为教师的自我的批判性思考是职前教师反思的重要形式。基于成长经历的反思强调职前教师是在与周围情境的互动中不断发展变化的。因此,其对作为教师的自我的批判性思考不能与所属的时空背景相割裂。基于成长经历的反思的目的在于帮助职前教师澄清自我,对成长经历所具有的意义重新解释,以更好地指导未来的学习与教学实践活动。
Ontological reflection is an important style to pre-service teacher reflection.Ontological reflection can be defined as that basing on life history,pre-service teachers critically think about a way of being that is aware of the ways power shapes themselves,the ways they see the world,and the ways they perceive their role as teacher.
