摘要 鉴于农村教师发展的实际诉求,本研究以中国东北地区Y县农村小学语文教师为研究对象,综合运用问卷调查法和访谈法,对农村教师专业知识来源、教师专业知识水平(教育理论知识、课程知识、学科内容知识和学科教学知识)、教师专业知识困惑等方面进行调查,以期待反映我国农村小学语文教师专业知识的发展瓶颈和困惑。通过调查发现,我国农村教师专业知识存在着诸多问题,针对问题,本研究从国家、学校、教师三个层面提出了促进中国农村教师专业知识发展的策略。 In view of the actual demands of the development of rural teachers,this study chooses to primary school language teachers Yongji County in Jilin Province as the research object,uses questionnaire and interview,to survey sources of professional knowledge of rural teaches,the level of professional knowledge of teachers(knowledge of educational theory,curriculum knowledge,subject content knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge) and the dilemma of professional knowledge of teachers.The survey found that there are many problems from rural teachers' professional knowledge.In order to solve problems,this study proposes promoting rural teacher professional development strategies from the state from the levels of State,schools and teachers.
