摘要
目的 :研究可植入眼内的氧氟沙星缓释药栓的体外药物缓释过程和效果。方法 :将分子量 (MW)各为 6 12 0和 12 5 5 0的聚乳酸分别混载 5 %和 10 %氧氟沙星制成药栓 ,并作体外药物释放以及高效液相色谱法药物浓度测定。结果 :30 d内氧氟沙星体外释放率为 70 %~ 90 % ,释药时间与聚合物分子量呈正相关 ,结论
Objective:[WT5”BZ]To study the release process of the implantable ofloxacin sustained released suppositoria in vitro. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]Two kinds of polylactic acid with molecular weight(MW) 6 120 and 12 550 were loaded with ofloxacine,and the percentage of ofloxacin in the suppositoria were 5% and 10%,respectively.The concentration of ofloxacin was measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at different times.[WT5”HZ]Result:[WT5”BZ]The precentage of ofloxacin released in vitro was 70%~90% within 30 days.There was positive relations between the duration of drug release and molecular weight of polylactic acid.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]Implantable sustained released suppositoria made from ofloxacin and polylactic acid meet the basic demand for the treatment of endophthalmitis.
