摘要
通过不同交联密度的硅酮密封胶在非受力状态下,经水、紫外线、水-紫外线、热空气等条件下的老化试验,分析老化前后硅酮密封胶的粘结拉伸强度、最大拉伸强度时的伸长率、定伸强度、硬度等物理性能变化,通过测定这些性能的变化来评价不同交联密度的硅酮密度胶的耐老化性能,以此了解不同交联密度的硅酮密封胶在使用过程中受外部因素影响后力学性能的变化规律,为合理使用硅酮密封胶提供参考。
The physical performance of different crosslink density silicone sealants under unstrained state, such as bonding tensile strength, elongation under the maximum tensile strength, stretching strength, hardness and so on, are analysed by the water, UV, water-UV and hot air aging tests. The aging performance of different crosslink density silicone sealants can be evaluated by the change of their physical properties. The variation law of the mechanical property of different crosslink density silicone sealants in use are found out, which can provide suggestions for the use of silicone sealants.
