黄连素治疗盐酸二甲双胍导致腹泻19例临床观察

Therapeutic efficacy of berberine in treatment of diarrhea caused by metformin hydrochloride:a report of 19 cases

目的:观察黄连素治疗盐酸二甲双胍导致腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将37例患者随机分为两组。对照组18例维持原降糖治疗方案不变,治疗组19例在原降糖治疗方案基础上加服黄连素(盐酸小檗碱)。结果:治疗组临床痊愈率、显效率与总有效率分别为26.3%、36.8%、84.2%,明显高于对照组的0%、16.7%、61.1%(均P<0.01)。结论:黄连素治疗盐酸二甲双胍引起的腹泻疗效理想。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of berberine in the treatment of diarrhea caused by metformin hydrochloride. Methods： Thirty -seven patients with diarrhea caused by metformin hydrochloride were randomly divided into control group （n = 18） and treatment group （n = 19）. The control group received traditional hypoglycemic therapy, while the treatment group was administered berberine in addition to the therapy for the con- trol group. Results： The treatment group showed significantly higher cure rate, marked response rate, and overall response rate than the control group （26.3% vs. 0%, P 〈0.01 ; 36.8% vs. 16.7%, P 〈0.01 ; 84.2% vs. 61.1%, P 〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： Berberine has good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of diarrhea caused by metformin hydrochloride.
