摘要 随着人工膝关节假体设计的日益完善,手术医师技术的不断提高,全膝关节置换(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)手术在过去的20年里有着非常好的客观及主观疗效。然而,假体的功能仍不能和正常的膝关节相媲美,尤其是术后的活动度[1]。术后活动度是一个重要的手术效果评价指标,
