Discussion on the key Point and Aspects for Development of General Practice Medicine

全科医学发展的“点”(重点 ) ,即迅速建立一支具有较高职业道德、较强业务能力的全科医生队伍。社区卫生服务的需要是培训全科医生的目标方向 ,坚持规范、专业化标准 ,保证全科医生队伍的高素质 ,合理利用现有卫生人才资源 ,多层次、多渠道迅速壮大全科医生队伍。全科医学发展的“面”(服务面 ) ,即转变观念 ,开放服务 ,植根社区。全科医学在社区卫生服务的成功实践 ,新型医患关系的建立 。

The key point for the development of general practice medicine (GPM) is to rapidly establish a group of general practitioners(GPS) with high occupational morality and strong professional proficiency.The objective and orientation of training GPS are based on the needs of community health service.Standardization and specialization should be insisted so to cultivate a group of highly qualified GPS.Rational use of available medical personnel and rapidly expand the team of GPS by multiple ways and levels should be adopted.The aspects for development of GPM comprise change of concepts,open door service and laid foundation on community.A successful practice of GPM in community health service and an establishment of new relationship between medical personnel and patients can accelerate the fundamental change in the general mood of medical and health work.
