护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施护理干预,比较二者干预前后的心功能及生活质量。结果入组时,两组患者MLHFQ评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组患者MLHFQ评分均下降,但观察组下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入组时,两组患者6min步行距离相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组患者6min步行距离均增加,但观察组增加幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可改善患者生活质量和心功能,促进患者康复,延缓病情进展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention for chronic heart failure pa tients＇ cardiac function and their quality of life. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided equally int o the observation group and control group ,patients of the control group were nursed by routine way, pat ients of the observation group were adopted nursing intervention. Compared the cardiac function and qu ality of life both before and after the two nursing process.Results When the patients were selected into the two groups, the difference of the MLHFQ score and 6 min walking distance of the two groups didn ＇t indicate statistically significant （P〉 0.05）;When they leave hospital, MLHFQ score of the patients fro m both groups were decreased, 6 min walking distance of the patients of both groups were increased, th e variation of the observation group is bigger, the difference indicated statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion nursing intervention can improve patients＇ quality of life and cardiac function, will promote the patient t o recover, and slow disease progress, it is worthed to be clinical applied.
