新疆某三甲医院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis on Inpatients Antibacterial Drug Use in the Xinjiang Three First Class Hospital

目的对我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行评价、分析,旨在发现问题、查找原因,从而指导我院抗菌药物的使用更加趋于合理。方法以抗菌药物使用率、联合用药率为指标对我院2010年6月～2011年12月住院部抗菌药物使用情况进行评价。结果抗菌药物使用率非手术组呈下降趋势,手术组没有变化均为100%;联合用药率非手术组呈增长态势,手术组总体呈下降趋势。结论我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但是仍存在一定问题,应加大管理力度,使抗菌药物的使用更加安全、有效、合理、经济。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the use of antibiotic drug in inpatients in our hospital, in order to discover the problems, find out the reasons, so as to guide the use of antibacterial drugs more reasonable in our hospital. Methods With the usage rate of antimicrobial drugs and drug combination rate as index, to evaluate the use of antibacterial drugs in inpatient department from Jun. 2010 to Dec. 2011 in our hospital. Results The usage rate of antibacterial drug was on a declining curve in the non operation group, while the operation group was unchanged, and all were 100%; the drug combination rate showed a growth trend in the non operation group, while the operation group was overall on a declining curve. Conclusion The use of antibacterial drugs was basically rational in our hospital, but still had some problems, should increase the administrative strength, make use of antimicrobial agents more safe, effective, reasonable and economy.
