摘要
目的 通过体外膜肺治疗Ⅱ型呼吸功能衰竭。方法 随机选择 8条成年杂种犬制成Ⅱ型呼衰模型。采用颈静脉—颈动脉转流方式 ,与人工膜肺连接治疗低氧、高碳酸血症。分别于转流前 ,转流 30′、6 0′、90′及 12 0′采取血标本进行血气分析。结果 动脉血氧饱和度平均达 94% ,动脉血氧分压PaO2 上升至 15 2± 2 1kPa ,动脉血二氧化碳分压PaO2 由转流前 11.8± 0 .5kPa ,降为 6 .9± 0 .4kPa。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) for treatment of type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods:Eight adult dogs randomly selected were prepared to be the type Ⅱ respiratory failure models.The standard procedures of cervical veno arterial extracorporeal bypass with installation of membrane oxygenator in between were set up in experimental dogs to treat hypoxernia and hypercapnia.Blood samples obtained before and 30,60,90 and 120 minutes after extracorporeal bypass circulation were examined for blood gas analysis.Results:Blood gas analysis revealed SaO 2 reached 94% in average,PaO 2 elevated from 7.5±1.4 to 15.2±2.1kPa,while PaCO 2 descended from 11.8±0.5 to 6.9±0.4kPa.Conclusion:ECMO is effective in treatment of type Ⅱ respriratory failure.
