摘要
目的 探讨乳头血性溢液的病因和诊治方法。方法 对 1994～ 1996年经我院手术治疗以乳头血性溢液为首发症状的 32例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 32例患者的病因均为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤 (4 6 6 % )、乳腺癌(2 5 % )、导管扩张症 (2 1 9% )及乳腺纤维囊性增生症 (12 5 )。 8例乳腺癌患者年龄均超过 45岁。用平针头插入溢血乳管并注入美蓝 ,可确保溢液部位的切除。结论 乳头血性溢液的主要原因为导管内乳头状瘤、乳腺癌、导管扩张症和纤维囊性增生症 。
Objective:To investigate the causes,diagnosis and operative treatment of nipple bloody discharge.Methods:32 cases of nipple bloody discharge diagnosed and treated in our hospital between 1994-1996 were retrospectively studied.Results:The causes of nipple bloody discharge among 32 cases were intraductal papilloma of breast 13 cases (46.6%),carcinoma of breast 8(25%),duct ectasia 7(21.9%) and cystic hyperplasia of breast 4(12.5%).The age of patients with breast carcinoma was all over 45 years .By insertion of blunted needle into the affected duct of nipple and injection of the methylene blue into the duct,the breast lesion can be excised definitely.Conclusion:The main causes of nipple bloody discharge are intraductal papilloma,carcinoma,duct ectasia and cystic hyperplasia of breast.The possibility of breast carcinoma increased obviouslyis in patients over 45 years of age.
