摘要
目的 寻求一种可用于过继免疫疗法的高效免疫活性细胞。方法 用多种细胞因子诱生CIK细胞 ,用MTT法测定LAK和CIK细胞杀伤活性。结果 在峰值期CIK细胞杀伤活性均显著高于LAK细胞 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CIK细胞与LAK细胞属不同的细胞毒性细胞 ,脐血CIK细胞的高杀伤活性提示其可能成为过继免疫疗法的生力军。
Objective To search for a kind of efficient and active immunocytes which can be used in transitional immunology therapy.Methods The cytotoxicity of CIK induced by multiple cytokines and LAK invitra was tested by MTT assays.Results During the peak period,the cytotoxicity of CIK is significantly higher than that of LAK.Conclusion CIK and LAK may be different cell populations.Fetal blood CIK may become a vivacions new method of transitional immunology therapy.
