深低温停循环间断灌注脑保护液对大脑皮层组织一氧化氮化氮合酶的影响

摘要 目的 研究深低温停循环 (DHCA)下间断灌注充氧脑保护液对大脑皮层组织一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的影响。方法  10条健康杂种犬随机分为两组 ,A组单纯DHCA 12 0min ,B组DHCA后经双侧颈动脉间断灌注充氧脑保护液。两组动物于不同时相取大脑皮层组织测其NOS的活性。结果 DHCA 12 0min及恢复循环 45min后 ,A组大脑皮层组织NOS阳性神经细胞的数量明显多于CPB前 (P <0 .0 5及P <0 .0 1) ,B组变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 DHCA间断灌注充氧脑保护液抑制大脑皮层组织NOS的活性 ,减少大脑皮层组织一氧化氮 (NO) Objective To study the effect of intermittent oxygenated cerebroplegia perfusion on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in cerebral cortex during deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA).Methods Ten mongrel dogs were divided into group A and group B.The animals in group A (N=5) were submitted DHCA only and the animals in group B (n=5) received oxygnated cerebralplegia perfusioh through the bilateral common carotid arteries during DHCA. Cerebral cortex was collected to study NOS at different time points.Results The number of NOS-positive neuron at 120 minutes of DHCA and at 45 minutes of reperfusion were greater significantly than that before cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)( P <0.05 anb P <0.01 respectively)in group A and those changes did not take place in group B.Conclusions Intermittent oxygenated cerebroplegia perfusion during DHCA can inhibit the activity of NOS,reduce the excessive synthesis of nitric oxide within the cerebral cortex.
