球囊导管扩张术治疗食管狭窄效果分析

Radiologically Guided Balloon Dilation of Esophageal Strictures (with report of 55 cases)

目的 探讨食管扩张术的治疗效果及安全性。方法 采用球囊导管扩张术治疗食管狭窄 5 5例 ,随诊 2～ 5 0个月。结果 37例吞咽困难评分从术前 3.11级降至术后 1.0 7级 ,余 18例因无效而改行食管内支架治疗 ,所有病例皆无严重并发症发生。结论 球囊导管扩张术安全、有效 ,可作为食管狭窄的首选治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of ballon dilation of esophageal strictures.Method Fluoroscopically guided esophageal balloon dilation was performed in 55 consecutive patients with esophageal strictures.Results The mean dysphagia grade of 3.11 in 37 cases was improved to reach a mean grade of 1.07 after the treatment.Other 18 cases had to be treated by endoluminal stents because of no response.Owing to the use of appropriate ballon catheter and careful manipulation there was no serious complications occurring in all cases.Conclusion Being very effective and safe,ballon dilation could be the first choice of the treatment of esophageal strictrues.
