摘要
以尿素和七水硫酸锌为原料进行反应,制备出了粒状复合肥尿素锌。考察了尿素与硫酸锌物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间和硫酸锌浓度对尿素锌产率的影响,得出适宜的工艺条件为:n(尿素)∶n(硫酸锌)=6∶1(物质的量比),反应温度80℃,反应时间40min,硫酸锌的质量浓度为5%,在此条件下,尿素锌的产率达到72.34%。
The granuiar compound fertilizer,zinc-urea,was prepared with urea and zinc sulfate heptahydrate as the reaction materiais.The effects of molar ratio of urea to zinc suifate,reaction temperature,reaction time and the concentration of zinc suifate on the yieid of zinc-urea were investigated.The suitable technological conditions were: molar ratio of urea / zinc suifate was 6:1,reaction temperature 80℃,time 40 min and mass percent of zinc suifate 5%.The yieid of zinc-urea under these conditions reached 72.34%.
