摘要
用小鼠卵母细胞体外培养、体外受精的方法研究了 Hg Cl2 、As2 O3 对小鼠卵母细胞成熟和体外受精等的影响。结果 :Hg Cl2 、As2 O3 对生发泡破裂没有影响 ,但可以抑制卵母细胞第一极体的释放 ,影响卵母细胞的存活率并可降低体外受精的频率 ,对体内卵母细胞生发泡破裂无影响 ,但是可以显著抑制体外培养卵母细胞的生发泡破裂。结论 :本实验结果提示 ,育龄妇女吸收了 Hg Cl2 、As2 O3 后 ,可以损伤卵母细胞的成熟过程 ,降低其生育力和生殖能力 ,甚至导致不孕。
Methods:The meiotic maturation and IVF of mouse oocytes were studied after injected intraperitoneally with HgCl 2、As 2O 3 using in vitro culture and in vitro fertilization(VF)of mouse cooyte.Results:The results showed that HgCl 2、As 2O 3 could significantly reduce the number of superovulation oocytes and the rates of IVF,inhibit the meiotic maturation and the extruding of the first polar body and the quality and viability of mouse oocyte but no impact on the GVBD in vivo.The results also showedthat they could obviously inhibit GVBD of in vitro culture mouse oocyte.Conclusion:The esults indicated that HgCl 2、As 2O 3 after received by human body may damage to the processof meiotic maturation of women's oocyte and reduce the fertlity and reproduction ability and result in fertile.
