摘要
目的 :探讨燃煤型砷污染对人体肾脏功能的影响。方法 :对 1 0 8例慢性燃煤污染型砷中毒患者的血、尿 β2 -微球蛋白和肌酐、尿素氮进行检测。结果 :慢性燃煤污染型砷中毒组血肌酐、尿素氮与对照组比较无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5) ;而血、尿 β2 -微球蛋白两组差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :燃用高砷煤所致砷污染可造成肾小球和肾小管功能损害 ,血、尿 β2
The objective of this study was to assess the effects of kidney function in patients suffered arsenic pollution from fire coal.Methods The blood and urinary β 2-MG.Cr.BuN of 108 patients with arsenic poisoning who suffered chromic pollution from fire coal were measured.Results There is not significant difference between the study group and the control group in blood and urinary Cr.Bun(P>0.05).But,there is significant difference between the two group in blood and urinary β 2-MG.(P<0.01)Conclusion arsenic pollution induced by firing the hige arsenic coal can produce glomerulus and kidney tubules failure.Blood and urinary β 2-MG are sensitive and objective signs,and can early find injurys of kidney function.
