This thesis reviewed on the pharmacologic research progress of Notoginseng Total Saponins, especially its physiological activities on the aspects of nervous system, urinary system ect. It is a basic foundation work for researches on the relationshi Pbetween chemical structure and activities of Notoginseng Total Saponins as well as its reasonable clinical application.
