内墙纳米保温涂料的研制与性能研究

摘要 通过引入纳米材料来提高墙体涂料的保温性能,以不同的硅酸盐纳米材料、碳酸盐纳米材料为主要材料,通过配方及工艺的优化开发出了内墙纳米保温涂料。对所得保温涂料进行了性能袁征,如涂料的结构、微观形貌、耐洗刷性能、导热系数、施工性、干燥时间、稳定性、耐水性、耐碱性等。 In order to improve the properties of architectural heat insulating coatings, nano--materials were often intro- duced to the coating preparation. Nanometer thermal insulation coatings for interior wall were prepared by using nano--scale silicate or carbonate as key components through the formulation and process optimization. The properties of thermal insulation coating, such as the structure of the coating, microstructure, resistance wash performance, the heat conductivity, construc- tion property, drying time, stability, water resistance and alkali resistance, were characterized.
