摘要
本文以石墨粉为耐火材料,采用砂型铸造造型工艺造型,用真空凝壳炉熔炼浇注,成功生产出了钛及钛合金铸件。该工艺与传统机加石墨型铸造方法相比成本大幅降低,所生产铸件力学性能、化学成分均能达到标准要求。
In this paper, Titanium and titanium castings was produced with Vacuum Skull Furnace. In this process graph- ite powder was used as refractory. This technique could reduce the production costs of Titanium and titanium greatly compared with machining graphic mould. The mechanical properties and chemical composition meet the standard requirement of Titani- um and titanium castings.
